GoalDraft

Terms of Use

Effective June 13, 2026. GoalDraft is provided by Uptrail (hello@uptrail.ai). By using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

What GoalDraft is

GoalDraft is a drafting and data tool for special education teachers. It produces draft goal language, draft progress narratives, draft present-levels text, charts, and reports from the data you enter.

What GoalDraft is not

GoalDraft is not legal advice and is not a guarantee of compliance with IDEA, state regulations, or district policy. Drafts are starting points. You, the educator, are the author of record for every document you file, and your professional judgment and your district's processes control what you submit.

Subscriptions

Fair use

Drafting runs on shared infrastructure. We may apply fair-use limits to keep the service reliable for everyone; the app tells you if you reach them.

Your content

Your caseload data belongs to you. We claim no ownership of anything you enter or any document you produce. You are responsible for following your district's policies about where student information may be stored and how documents are filed.

Availability

Tracking, charts, reports, and CSV export work offline. Drafting requires a network connection and the availability of our drafting service. We may modify or discontinue features; if we discontinue the service, the app's tracking and export features keep working on your device.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoalDraft is provided as is, and Uptrail is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
